The weather is absolutely scorching right now in Britain! We thought we’d create a list of some of our top tips for driving in extremely hot weather conditions:

→ Keep your vehicle well ventilated to avoid drowsiness and overheating. 
→ Strong sunlight and heat can make the road surface become soft (in some cases the road may even start to melt)!
→ If it rains after a spell of dry weather the roads may a bit slippery!
→ Remember that any change to road conditions can affect your steering and braking.
→ If you are dazzled by bright sunlight, slow down and if necessary, stop.
→ Keep a bottle of water in your car in case you end up caught in traffic – stay well hydrated!!
